Black and Blue

Buy me a house on the bayou
Let’s get away in the sunset
Sort all our issues if that’s fine by you
I promise not to be upset

When we meet strangers in down of town
Hold my hands like when i said yes
Trust no one whose speech with riddles drown
We have puzzles of our own in excess

Let’s sit by the water side
And stare into each other’s eyes
To find the infants our minds hide
We said so much that we couldn’t grow nigh

You say I cry too much
But baby I hear you weep all night
Buy us a house in the bayou
Let’s breakdown and come back strong for each other
The world doesn’t matter when mine is black and blue
